Sandy Logan - Director / Project Development
As a Prevention Coordinator, Sandy oversees the prevention contract for the Los Angeles County Substance Abuse Department of Public Health. She provides services to the communities of Santa Clarita Valley, Encino, Lake Balboa, Van Nuys, and Sherman Oaks. Her team works closely with the LAPD, local city officials, and local high schools.
Sandy’s role in leading the prevention team requires vision to bring strategies to life, with the goal of reducing alcohol, tobacco, and other drug problems within our communities. Using data collected yearly, her team implements strategies based on the communities’ needs.
