As an active investor in commercial real estate, Marc has participated with GP economics in over $1B of transactions.

As Senior Executive Advisor - Real Estate Technology, Rising Realty Partners, Marc advises Rising’s Senior Management from analysis through implementation of technologies ranging from energy saving, demand reduction, conservation, sustainability and telecom. As EVP Marc led Rising's Property Services for five years, including property, construction, energy, sustainability and telecom management platforms throughout 4.1 million sq. ft. of commercial real estate.

Marc is a Director and the Chair-Elect of the Board of Directors for BOMA Greater Los Angeles representing 135 million square feet of office and industrial space which contributes $3.5 billion to California's economy annually, Chair of NAIOP's Trends in Real Estate Development Forum, a member of the IBCON Intelligent Buildings Advisory Council, and on the Advisory Board of Cross Campus, where President Obama spoke regarding technology and innovation.

When not working, Marc spends his time with his lovely wife and wonderful son. Marc and his son hike weekly their our Rhodesian Ridgeback. Marc is a supporter of the ASPCA, a CERT member, a Krav Maga instructor and a life Member of MENSA. Marc is also a Board Member of PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center in Los Angeles and a Board Member of Liam's Life, a non-profit dedicated to reducing the legal BAC from 0.08% to 0.04% and promoting organ donation.
